Applied Quantum Computing together with its collaborators Imperial College London, Brunel University, Digital Catapult, STFC Harwell and the National Quantum Computing Centre have been awarded a grant to investigate the application of QML in identifying cancer in liquid biopsies. The project grant was awarded as a result of a successful application to the STFC Cross Cluster Proof of Concept: SparQ Quantum Computing Call. The project is due to complete by March 2025. We are very excited about investigating this important potential use case application of quantum computing. The announcement can be found here.
