How long we keep information
We keep information submitted through our contact form for up to 2 years. We retain this information so that we can respond to your message, keep a record of our communications, and consider any follow‑up that may become relevant at a later date (for example, if your message relates to career opportunities). After this period, the information is deleted or anonymised unless we are required to keep it for longer by law.

- Hostinger – This data processor provides website and email hosting services and stores website data. This includes storage of contact form submissions and processing of form submission notification emails.
- Rock Lobster Inc. – This data processor processes form data submitted through the contact form on the website.
Sharing information outside the UK
Where necessary, our data processors may share personal information outside of the UK. When doing so, they comply with the UK GDPR, making sure appropriate safeguards are in place.
